The National Skills Academy for Financial Services South West Network is a group of providers based in the South West who work together to provide employer-led training solutions for the sector.

 

It is one of seven of the National Skills Academy for Financial Services throughout England.

 

The aim of the Academy is to act as a gold standard for training in the sector. The financial services sector is vital to the economic health of the South West. Training is needed to improve productivity and tackle skills gaps for both existing staff and new recruits.

 

Our providers work together to ensure that you, your employees or your business get the most appropriate skills. We collaborate on developing new programmes and best practice.

The Skills Academy curriculum is delivered through a variety of learning and training providers.  This network of providers can deliver education and training programmes to cater for the needs of the sector.

 

Your employees can train with one of our regional providers:

 

• City of Bristol College

• Babington Business College

• Bournemouth and Poole College

• Cirencester College

• Cornwall College

 

Each provider has been chosen to be part of the regional network because of their excellence in delivering employer-led programmes to the financial services sector.
